Poppy Patchwork - Books

Like many quilters, we have bought a vast collection of books over the years, from quilting techniques, to quilt blocks, to sampler quilts. We have also been privileged to create a few books of our own too.

Back in 2022, we created our very first book, called the "Quilt Block Notebook", which sold over 400 copies on Amazon. This book was designed with the quilter in mind, and included a pre-printed grid and notes section to help the quilter design quilt blocks. 

In 2023, we published two new and improved versions of the Quilt Block Notebook, and also published our very own sampler quilt book called "Let's Make a Quilt". 

Customer feedback has been fantastic, and with over 750 books sold to date, we thank all who have bought these books and found them useful.

Let's Make a Quilt - beginners sampler quilt

Let's Make a Quilt is a great book for Beginners and makes it easy for you to create your very own patchwork Sampler Quilt!

This book is 8.5x11-inches in size, printed in full color, and includes 7 quilt patterns for quilting, with detailed step-by-step instructions, drawing on many years of quilting experience and over 100 training videos, published on the Poppy Patchwork YouTube channel.

Quilt Block Notebook - Even-sized Grids

This 6x9-inch Quilt Block Notebook makes it easier for you to design EVEN-sized quilt blocks.

Use this book to easily draw out your quilt block patterns and plan your next quilting project. Design a variety of quilting block sizes using the pre-drawn grid, from 4x4 to 8x8-inch blocks, and record your cutting instructions and fabric choices in the Notes section. 

Quilt Block Notebook - Odd-sized Grids

This 6x9-inch Quilt Block Notebook makes it easier for you to design ODD-sized quilt blocks.

Use this book to easily draw out your quilt block patterns and plan your next quilting project. Design a variety of quilting block sizes using the pre-drawn grid, from 5x5 to 9x9-inch blocks, and uneven blocks too. As with all our Quilt Block Notebook designs, you use the book to design the block, and record your cutting instructions and fabric choices in the Notes section.
