Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Poppy Patchwork website, products, workshops, and subscription services. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Subscriptions

  • Workshops & Classes: We limit the number of bookings on our Patchwork & Quilting workshops and classes to ensure we provide the highest quality of service to all attendees of our face-to-face classes.
  • Quilt Patterns: Our digital PDF quilt patterns are available for purchase and download. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and no refunds are provided.
  • Subscriptions: We may offer monthly and annual subscriptions, which provide additional resources and exclusive content. Subscriptions are recurring until canceled.
  • Switching Subscriptions: If you wish to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription, you must cancel your current plan and subscribe again at the end of your billing period.
  • Personal Use Only: Unless stated otherwise, all digital downloads are for personal use only and can not be shared or distributed to other people or systems.

Payments & Billing

  • All payments are taken in full at the time of purchase and processed securely through Stripe.
  • The customer must ensure that they provide a valid and sufficient payment method.
  • If a payment fails, access to the subscription, service, or product may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Refunds for Workshops & Classes: Unless stated otherwise for the individual Workshop or Class, we offer a full refund if requested in writing at least 10 days before the scheduled start date of the workshop or class. We may offer refunds after this date at our sole discretion - contact us to discuss your situation. 
  • No Refunds for Digital products & services: We do not offer refunds for digital products or subscriptions.
  • Subscription Access: If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the billing period.
  • Exceptional Refunds: In rare cases, we may offer partial refunds at our sole discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information when making a purchase or subscribing.
  • You agree to use our products and services only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You must not share, distribute, or resell our digital products without explicit permission.

Communication

  • Free and paid subscribers will receive email communications, including our newsletters and updates from Poppy Patchwork.
  • Paid subscribers will receive exclusive access to our online Resource Library and Quilting Glossary.
  • We do not spam customers and will maintain mutual, appropriate, and respectful communication.
  • Customers can contact us via email or our website contact form for support.

Privacy & Data Security

  • We collect and store customer details, including name and email, for Poppy Patchwork communication purposes only.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties except for payment processing (handled by Stripe).
  • You may request to be removed from our mailing list at any time.

Changes to These Terms

Poppy Patchwork reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
